This website
coilpath.app uses no cookies, ads or visitor tracking. Fonts and images are loaded from this site itself. The pages are served by Google Firebase Hosting. The host may briefly keep technical logs such as IP address and browser type to run the site and prevent abuse.
The app
This policy explains how the CoilPath app (developer: Mühendisiz Hepimiz) handles your data.
Data we collect
If you use CoilPath without an account, it collects no personal data and never sends any data to us on its own; only a random ID is sent to RevenueCat to check your subscription (see Subscription). Accounts are optional: if you sign in with Google or Apple, your name, email address and a user ID are stored in Firebase Authentication, and your projects, task progress, stars and used PDF allowance are stored in Cloud Firestore on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt) so they can be synced across your devices. These services are provided by Google. This data is used only to run your account and sync; it is not sold, not shared with anyone and not used for advertising. The app has no analytics, advertising or crash reporting services.
Stored on your device
To work, the app stores the following on your device: the projects you draw, your task progress and stars, your PDF allowance, your settings (language, sound, mains supply, task lock) and whether you have seen the intro. Uninstalling the app deletes this data from the device. To delete your account and all your cloud data: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.
Device backup
If Android backup or iCloud backup is turned on, this data may be included in your device backup in your Google account or in iCloud. That backup belongs to you; we have no access to it.
Permissions
CoilPath asks for no special permissions: it does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts or files. The sound effects are built into the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Creating an account is optional; children under 13 should not create one. When used without an account, no personal data is collected from anyone.
Subscription (Pro)
The Pro subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play; your payment details stay with the store and never reach us. To check whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). The app sends RevenueCat a random user ID, your purchase information (which subscription, when it started and when it ends) and your device type. If you are signed in, your user ID, name and email address are also sent; they are used to carry your subscription across your devices, to find you in support requests and when a gift Pro is granted to you. This data is not sold and not used for advertising. You can ask for your RevenueCat record to be deleted by writing to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the current version is published in the app and on the web page. If a new use of data such as ads is added, the policy will be updated before that feature is released.
Feedback
If you send feedback, your message reaches us from your own email app, and you see its content before sending. Your email address, what you write and the app version, device type and language added to the message are used only to review your feedback and reply to you, and are not shared with anyone. To have your messages deleted, just write to the same address.
